Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FindJobBot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use FindJobBot.
The service
FindJobBot checks job portals, shows you roles that may fit you, and can send applications on your behalf. We send an application only after you approve it. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of your resume and everything else you give us. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service, including sending it to employers you choose to apply to. You confirm that what you upload is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use FindJobBot to break the law or submit false or misleading applications.
- Attempt to access other people's accounts or data, or probe or disrupt the service.
- Scrape, resell or automate access to FindJobBot outside the features we provide.
- Upload malicious files or content you don't have the right to share.
Job listings and outcomes
Listings come from third-party portals and employers. We don't guarantee that a listing is accurate, still open, or suitable for you, and we can't promise interviews, offers or any particular result. Fit scores are estimates, not guarantees. Applications are sent on your behalf, so you are responsible for the information in them.
Third-party sites
FindJobBot works with job portals and employer systems we don't control. Their terms apply when you use them, and they may change or block access at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these terms; if the changes are meaningful we'll update the date above, and continuing to use FindJobBot means you accept them.
Ending your account
You can stop using FindJobBot and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, FindJobBot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities, income or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or US$100 if you paid nothing.
